The machine is brought back to factory specifications for alignments in the areas we work on. If a complete rebuild of the machine is needed, we can do it, but if all you really need is way repair, an on-site alignment including way grinding is best and most cost effective. SUMMARY Cavco can way grind machine ways on-site whether they are hardened or soft. Our way grinding meets the same tolerances as off-site way grinding and we accomplish it for less.
